Jimmy Wiseman was very thorough and professional in handling my service needs. My 2021 Yukon Denali had issues with the cruise control, kick-open mechanism and door opener system. I was pretty frustrated that a new high end vehicle that cost as much as this one should have multiple maintenance problems the week that I bought it, but Jimmy was very nice and handled my frustration very professionally.

Our service advisor, Debra, was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. She, along with her colleagues, were very sympathetic to our situation. We had to have our 2016 Denali towed to the dealer due to a dead battery that suddenly failed WHILE DRIVING with my four children on a busy street. A major accident was narrowly avoided as I had less than 45 seconds before the indicator light appeared and the vehicle totally shut down. As the power steering was failing, I was barely able to turn onto a side street. There were absolutely ZERO indicators, dashboard lights or otherwise, that gave me or my husband ANY suspicion of a low battery in the days leading up to this incident. This is obviously a major safety and liability issue that GMC needs to address. In fact, other service advisors acknowledged this has happened in other Yukons and Sierras they've seen. I realize new technology makes vehicles these days nothing short of rolling computers but this is a serious engineering/design/manufacturing flaw that I would think can be fixed with some equally as advanced technology. As you might imagine, we won't be purchasing another Yukon.
